This is where i stay.. I find the internet lacking in terms of information regarding my place.. Why am i putting this up? To share some info for future buyers and sellers of this apartment.. Thats why.. Period. I'll be updating this entry from time to time so interested parties BOOKMARK this entry!
Desaminium Rimba is developed by Desaminium Jaya Berhad. This is their first project.. I bought this place because of the price per square feet value which i think is quite ok AND it's near to my office at Cyberjaya. Am i happy with the place? Not really. But then again there are alot of other worse lemons nearby, Made by TALAM! Selling the place right now is not a good idea cos the current market price is below the purchase value, so wait it out.. Once the Ayer Itam landfill closes, the roads patched up and the facilities like Driving Range and Swimming Pool are ready, the market price will only move upwards 
Potential purchasers, this is really the time to buy!  And no i am not working for the developer! 
Here's a location map of Desaminium Rimba.. Located at the edge of a designated green lung area.. Gomen gazzeted that area as Hutan Simpan Ayer Hitam if i'm not mistaken..
